Hi :-)

My name is Lais and I used to work in big corporates (such as P&G & Interbrand Health) as an expat.

I know first hand how challenging it is to move to a new country or city and to not only have to get used to a new language, a new way of life, a new culture, but also have to perform at work from day 1.

I wish that I had all the tools that I learned now back then.

Back then, I didn't know how to cope with stress, anger and being constantly tired.

I didn't know how to cope with competition, tension and a heavy workload.

And so I didn't. :-)

I burned out on many levels and decided to embark on a journey to find my life purpose.

I'm now an ASCA accredited Energy therapist (a Swiss accreditation), a Meditation & Reiki teacher & Space clearing expert working in Geneva and internationally.
