The information presented in the following modules is based upon The Resilience Curriculum developed by the Colonias Program at Texas A & M University. This program was developed to help community health workers further personal strategies, skills, and techniques to enhance resilience. Resilience is defined as the ability to move forward and recover from stressful experiences, like the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath.
