I have been a Law Enforcement Officer for 24 years. I decided to start talking about how stress affects First Responders after my own experience with it.  There is no shame in talking about it.  There is no shame in asking for help.  I am a wellness coach with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness.  

I am happy to share with you all of the tips that have worked for me and the numerous resources available to us all.  

I want to remind you to do something daily to relieve your stress.  You don't have to wait for a day off to do this.  You can do it daily.
