The Value Based Guide to Choosing a New Years Resolution
Are you ready to finally follow through on your resolution for the year? This guide will walk you through the steps that will show you how to choose one based upon what matters so that you can stick with it!
A Mindfulness Primer
You have probably heard about it before, know someone who did it once or even did it yourself but didn't know you were doing it. The fact is that anyone can have a mindfulness practice, it not obscure or exotic and it is something that we already do whether or not we realize it. This course is an introduction to build your own personalized practice, from basic and easy exercises you can begin immediately to how to set up your own practice. This course includes downloadable guided session podcast
The Independent Therapist
Here is everything you need in order to build a life of independence as a therapist. It is based upon my own experience and plan that led to my current thriving practice as well as more than a dozen other therapists and coaches I have helped along the way in gaining our independence.
