Perhaps you are feeling a little worn out or exhausted from all that you are holding. Maybe, like me, your summer travel plans have been shelved. And with all the "staying at home" we have been doing, you might even be feeling a little out of sync with the expansive energy of the summer season.

Why not give yourself the gift of a summer retreat - in your own home, on your own time.

The Summer Retreat is a four-week experience of rest & restoration.

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

Participate in weekly live online Daring to Rest™ Yoga Nidra classes to come home to yourself.

  • Classes include time for connection, journaling, as well as other mindful experiences. The yoga nidra meditation is approximately 30 minutes. 
  • Don't worry if you can't make the live class. A recording of the yoga nidra meditation will be shared with you so that you can use it over the course of the week. 

SELF-PACED EXPERIENCES

Experience seasonal rituals, with step-by-step guidance, to connect you to a sense of the sacred and the beauty of the blossoming season. 

Learn how to safely use essential oils and other natural ingredients to create nourishing body scrubs, bath salts, and body oils. I will be sharing some of my favorite aromatherapy recipes with you. 

    The Summer Retreat includes:

    • Live online Daring to Rest™ yoga nidra classes
    • Audio recordings of each yoga nidra meditation
    • Short weekly videos
    • A 2mL bottle of EMPRESS organic perfume oil

    What is Daring to Rest™ yoga nidra?

    To rest is not self-indulgent, to rest is to prepare to give the best of ourselves, and perhaps, most importantly, arrive at a place where we are able to understand what we have already been given.

    Yoga nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique in which your mind is gently guided to a state of relaxation. 

    It feels like a nap. Some say that a 30-minute practice of yoga nidra feels like two hours of deep sleep in your body. 

    The Daring to Rest method is a feminine approach to using yoga nidra for health and healing. The approach combines guided meditation, female empowerment, self-discovery, and other techniques to help women connect to their wisdom and reclaim rest.

    Inviting women to experience deep rest helps them feel safe in their bodies and gives them the space to connect with their inner knowing and wisdom.

    The beautiful thing about yoga nidra is that there is nothing “to do” but simply rest. You cannot do it wrong - and everyone can do it.

    Practicing yoga nidra regularly:

    How long do I have access to the course?

    Forever! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need.

    What if I decide the course is not a fit after I purchase it?

    I will offer a full refund anytime in the first week after you sign up for the course.

    Just send me an email and let me know why it hasn’t worked out for you and I’ll be happy to refund your tuition. Please note, however, that no refunds will be issued after the first 7 days.

    How much time will the Summer Retreat take?

    It is really up to you. Remember this is a retreat, so it's important to go at your own pace. You have the entire summer to sink into the rituals and you can listen to the yoga nidra meditations again and again.

    I can't attend the live online classes. Can I still register?

    Yes, absolutely! Each week, I will record the Daring to Rest™ yoga nidra meditation. Please note that I will not be recording the entire class, only the meditation portion of the class.
