Welcome to the 2nd course in this greater work of embodying who you truly are, and stepping into your best self!

Building on the Somatic Awareness work you did in Course 1, we will spend the next 5 days diving into being present in the moment and in life, and what true embodiment feels like.

This awareness work takes time, practice, and commitment. Meeting these new feelings with curiosity and kindness is definitely crucial until you reach the point where they become second nature, which is our focus in this 2nd course.

I can now, in the moment, recognize where I am in my body, and pause. I've been practicing, and will continue to practice, this work of awareness and embodiment. I now know that this tool of embodiment, enabling myself to be completely present in the moment, is a crucial step in awakening to my true self, and returning to a place of balance.
