Many people need additional help, or even a supplement to therapy or other help they're already getting - this course is meant to get you started on the path to feeling well or help you on your journey there!

If I sign up for your course, are you my therapist now?

No. Signing up for a class with me doesn't mean I'm now your therapist. You can be a client of mine and also take a course I offer, you can take a course I offer and later sign up with me as a client, but just using the course doesn't start any therapy relationship with me.
