Course begins: January 2nd.

This preparation course is designed for candidates taking Religious Studies as a single subject. You will review three years of content. The course is delivered online and includes a print workbook. The course is also assisted by an Instructor.

The examination aims to:

  1. give candidates an understanding of the life and work of Christ and his apostles
  2. help candidates to identify and explore questions about the meaning of life, and to consider such questions in relation to religious traditions.
  3. encourage students to reflect and assess the religious responses to moral issues
  4. enable students to identify and appreciate the contribution of religious studies in the information of proper values to enhance every day living

2. Judgment and Personal Response (JPR) - You will be able to recognize and understand the presuppositions, motives, and influences which shape the attitudes, beliefs of others and themselves; and evaluate on the basis of evidence and argument, issues of beliefs and practice arising from the study of religious moral issues and formulate a coherent personal response.
