How incredible would it feel to have the freedom to write your desires, your hungers, your love achings and sensual adorations?
Erotic writing is a practice I have been loving for the past few years. In 2018 I published a book of Erotic and Devotional poetry called Sex and God, and since then I have had so much fun exploring my eros through words, including a whole chapter in my newest book too.
This is a simple community challenge to encourage anyone who is interested to also write their eroticism.
I am not a therapist, a sexologist or a counsellor. I am a writer who will provide daily prompts for you to explore on in your own space.
The prompts run over the space of 5 days and are based on the first round of the live #5daysofEros writing challenges that I ran from 2019-2020
NOTE: By eroticism, I don't mean necessarily graphic sexual content. It is inclusive of anything which arouses your soul. It is inclusive of sensuality, desire, longing, and personally is deeply entwined with reverence of the divine. I often write to the trees, to the sky, to lovers, to myself. Sensual. Emotional. Sexual. Beyond.
This is a 5-day Challenge, 5 days of writing prompts.
Every day a writing prompt will be emailed to you via Coursecraft. There will be a facebook group for you to share your writing in if you want to and you are more than welcome to publish your writing publicly on social media.
Eroticism? What about safety?
I will have STRICT rules around not sharing anything illegal (nothing about minors and nothing which supports or encourages rape culture. No xenophobia, homophobia or racism). Anyone who crosses these boundaries will be removed from the Facebook group and the program.
I still have a question, how can I contact you?
I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have. Send me an email at email@example.com.
Note: I do not take responsibility for the words and writings of any participants of #5daysofEROS. What people write are their own to keep and to own the impact of. However, within the Facebook community page, I have strict community guidelines around content and keeping things safe, consensual and ethical.
Note2: By signing up to the 5daysofEROS challenge you are on the list for all future 5daysofEROS prompts (I run them a few times a year). You can cancel your participation through your Coursecraft account at any time.
