Healthy Mind at Work - CBT Self Management Skills ( Full Course)

These training resources have been developed to enable an individual to feel more able to manage their stress levels.   Although everyone's situation is unique there often are certain factors which aid an individuals ability to cope with stress, this course is developed to help with the following factors

This course uses a Cognitive Behavioural Training approach,  a well recognised and approved approach for understanding, managing and overcoming the impacts of stress on an individual's mental health.

The course of webinars are delivered by Andrew Dyke Director of Healthy Mind Services,  who is a qualified, experienced and BABCP accredited  Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Trainer, Researcher and Supervisor. This training has been developed after the experience of working with thousands of clients both within the NHS and in the private sector since 2004. The clients he has worked with have had a range of different problems in relation to stress, anxiety, trauma, worry, low mood, low confidence and low self-esteem. The large majority of these clients have had problems linked with their work and have been either struggling at work or off work.  Through the techniques we have undertaken this has enabled thousands of individuals to feel more able to understand, manage and overcome stress and feel happier and  more confident. 

As well as my professional experience I also have personal experience of anxiety  As a child I developed my own problems such as chronic anxiety, low self-esteem, low mood and social anxiety. This is why I made it my life’s goal to learn more about these issues and help others develop their ability to understand mental health issues,  and manage and overcome the impacts of stress.
