Each day for 21 days you will receive an email with self-care and activities that will take no more than a few minutes each day. 

Have you heard of the 21/90 rule? It's easy enough. Commit to a goal for 21 days. Once you've established that habit, you continue to do it for another 90 days. After which Self-Care has become part of who you are, it is second nature!

Week 1 - Focuses on you as a person 

Week 2 - Focuses on your therapy work 

Week 3 - Makes plans to sustain the self-care within your everyday life.
