What is an attracting state?

If I had to pick one thing that has significantly changed my life, one thing that helped me pull myself out of life's quicksand and get me on a path of living a more meaningful life. If I had to pick one thing that separated me from who I was (a miserable fuck) to who I am today, it would be this:  

I went from being in a CHASING STATE to an ATTRACTING STATE.

Let me explain.

I used to be in a constant state of fight or flight, worry, dread, and panic. My thoughts were always negative and spinning and I lived in yesterday. I didn't know this at the time but the frequency I was living on was very low. Imagine a car with only one piston pumping. I got no traction in life. Nothing good happened. I was just living in a loop that kept me sinking deeper and deeper into a lower frequency. This just made me more desperate which made me just sink more and more. I didn't know this at the time but it was my state that prevented me from thriving. I was in a chasing state.

After my rebirth, I started practicing and experimenting with concepts I learned in therapy school, coaching, books, videos, anything I could get my hands on but that also made sense to me. Slowly, my life started to change. I started to get more opportunities. Meet people I was meant to. I had less anxiety and panic. I connected to myself. I found my voice. Grew courage. I was in an attracting state.

This course is a collection of concepts I have used to go from being in a chasing state to an attracting state. 

This is NOT about Law of Attraction. It's NOT about sitting on your couch and visualizing shit to happen.  

This is about changing your internal and external state so you start living at a higher frequency and good things start happening.  

This is about the practice of pulling from an honest place and how that will reposition you to live closer to your potential.  

It's time.
