As always, there will be no judgment, extreme rules or restrictions, pressure to change or expectations. Just nourishing programming, positivity, & good vibes!
As with the last program, if you'd like a little one-on-one time with me, you can add-on a personal 45-minute consult at the check-out. Schedule the consult (by emailing me) at the beginning, middle or end of your course - whatever timing will support you best!

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have access to the course?
Forever! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need. So devour it all in one month or take things slow. It's your choice! Just remember, the online support group will wrap up after the 28 days.
What if I'm away for work or vacation for part of the program?
No problem! You can continue watching the daily lessons while you're away or hit the "personal pause" button until you're back - your choice. You have access to the lessons & meal plans forever and can therefore work through the course at your own pace, as well as revisit any of them whenever you need a refresher!
Can I ask questions if I have them and how fast will you respond?
Of course! Post them in the online group (and tag me so I'm sure to see them) or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd rather not make them public. Up to you! Either way, I'll respond quickly, I promise.
If I avoid certain foods because of allergies or intolerances, will this program work for me?
Yes! I'm used to catering to dietary restrictions so I can easily provide substitutions or even a few extra recipes that suit your needs if you need them. Just let me know if you need help modifying the program!
I'm breastfeeding. Is this a safe & healthy program for me?
You betcha! This program promotes nutritionally-dense & balanced eating. Make sure you stay nice & hydrated with lots of water and be sure to eat what you need to feel satisfied. If you have questions or concerns as you follow the programming, just let me know!
What if I work shift work or have other responsibilities that make weekend or weeknight prep tricky?
I've got your back. Prep can happen whenever you can reasonably fit it in, whether that's Sunday morning or Wednesday night. You know better than me when that is and can plan for it accordingly. The programming is very flexible - if it's a busy night, turn to leftovers or choose a real fast food option.
Will I lose weight on this program?
This is not a focussed weight loss program, but, as always, my recipes are balanced and will support healthy weight loss when combined with mindful eating strategies (which are, again, a focus in the course) along with mindful portions.
