Essential Oil Safety

Chances are, you've had someone tell you to put a few drops of peppermint on your temples for your headache. Or drop Lemon essential oil in your water to "detox". Offer to rub "Thieves" or "On Guard" onto your sick kid's feet.

And the reason that you are here shows that you thought something was suspicious or misguided about their fervor. That maybe they did not have all the facts, despite being well intentioned. You were right. Essential oil mania has taken hold in natural health circles- and it hasn't all been for the good.

Skeptic- you have come to the right place! We love to use essential oils, too. They are a part of a natural toolkit for wellness and health. But I teach this class over and over- to laypeople, to medical professionals, and to anyone who will listen, because EOs are unsafe if used and/or disposed of improperly.    Because which EOs you choose have a huge impact on endangered plants, the environment, and our world's future.

You Cannot Trust Marketing

Companies, especially most MLM (Multi-level Marketing, aka Pyramid Schemes) companies, say and do anything to sell their products. They tell you that their products are superior (and "certified") and spend a lot of money convincing you of this fact. They also often lack ethics, honesty, and tell you lots of ways to use their product, many of which are actually unsafe.

I am not selling essential oils. I can tell you brands that I like and dislike and why, but they give me no money to do so. I get no kickbacks or percentages if I link to a product in this course. No company has me on their payroll.

I teach this class because, as an herbalist, I am dedicated to people using natural products to take charge of their own lives and health. I want you armed with how to use these potent remedies properly so that you feel confident using essential oils and know that you are using them in a way that heals, not harms.

At the end of this class, there is a link to download a 30 page reference guide to share with family and friends.
