As a Heartfulness Coach, I think it is really important for my clients to initially focus on what their life has in it RIGHT NOW, without immediately jumping towards what needs to change. My common catch phrase is 'Living life with your whole heart' and that includes living out each day in a positive and uplifting way. This of course, may bring about change in the future but the initial process is trying to focus on all that you have in your life as it is, right now!

In my work as a Heartfulness Coach I find that women will often reach out to me for coaching when things have gone drastically wrong in their life, something has rocked their world, shaken them to the core, then all of a sudden they find the money to do what they knew was necessary all along. What's included in the program
I know people have limited time to spend so this course has been designed to be short & sharp yet have a huge impact. All you need to do is download the e-Book and commit to 15-20 mins each day. Be guided by each Heartful Action Video to work through the activities outlined in the e-Book. You can do the course over 5-6 days or do one lession per week it's completely up to you. It's designed to do at your own pace.
