About this seminar:
Do your conversations start harshly? Does it feel like every fight or disagreement is the same? Do you wish your significant other would listen instead of just trying to fix? Do you wonder how to manage the competing opinions and of your spouse and other loved ones?
This 30-40 minute seminar builds on the Communication Parts 1 and 2 seminars by helping you understand unique situations where caution is warranted in how you communicate. We will address issues related to how you start conversations, the common ways you may get stuck in the content of your misunderstandings, how you may try to only solve problems instead of listening, and how you may struggle to balance keeping your spouse or significant other happy when you are feeling pressure from others you love such as a parent, sibling, or close friend.
This seminar includes videos, slides, self-reflection questions, and a PDF summary of the information shared.
