Shiatsu & Conscious Cooking is not about extreme dieting or detox.  Its not about willpower or denial.  Its about care, support and ancient Chinese Medicine techniques that helped to make informed choices and lifestyle changes .  It’s not about making sugar, alcohol, coffee, wheat or gluten the “baddie” but rather enabling you to have the choice and alternative options on offer.

I can address the following symptoms and how to change them with food, acupressure points and guided movement meditations
