Hi! I am Callie Di Nello, and I trained as a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher in 2012, which means I get the fabulous "job" of training future Laughter Yoga Facilitators, as well as delivering sessions and playshops.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have access to the course?
Forever! Once you've enrolled, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need. So start off by scheduling it in each day to your daily planner ... and if you choose to slow it down a notch, that's equally fine too. It's your choice!
What if I have health issues half way through the Challenge?
Please don't worry! You can always continue the Challenge when you feel better - just look after YOU.

Do I need to know anything about Laughter Wellness, or Laughter Yoga, to take part?
Not at all! No previous experience is necessary - as long as you know how to laugh, that's all we need.
I'm not very fit. Can I do this safely?
All fitness levels are welcome, and you can laugh sitting down or lying in bed. However, we cover more on the health and safety aspect before you actually begin the Challenge. And if you have any questions at all, please do get in touch with us (and also your doctor or physician).
Do I need to wear any special sports gear, or need equipment?
Not at all. We'd recommend you wear something comfortable and have a glass of water nearby, but otherwise all you need to bring is your curiosity and a desire to be free for a few minutes each day!
