In our fast paced life we are too busy doing things for happiness, to notice the little things in life. The things that actually gives us joy and ultimately leads to happiness. Which is our biggest desire in life, to be happy by simply being. Gratitude helps you move from a state of doing to a state of being.
Gratefulness is a sustainable state of being as it creates awareness of what you have, what you are and what you experience. By acknowledging and show gratitude for what is instead of what could be, it lessens your craving for other and more. It reduces your need to indulge in external approval and materialistic things, which after all is a byproduct of chasing happiness.
Most importantly gratitude expands your hearts consciousness, that allows you to compassionately release the old. It changes your perspective and presents all sides of the story, which hardens your ability to complain and stay stuck in the past. So you can embody gratefulness and heighten your personal frequency.
In other words, gratitude has amazing healing effects, increasing your well-being, happiness, energy, empathy, optimism, generosity, compassion and many other positive states. When cultivating gratitude, it affects your entire state of being and helps you see and think differently. The scientifically proven effects of gratefulness are all pointing in one direction, that of which validates that the universal wisdom of gratitude is powerful and extremely important for human beings. And from an energetic point of view, cultivating gratefulness expands your hearts consciousness, heightens your frequency and allows your truth to shine.
