Wholistic Approach

I want to share with you a wholistic way to approach your health starting with good nutrition.

I'm going to teach you or refresh you on the basics of nutrition. I will share with you the impact plant-powered nutrition can have on your genes and your health.

After you complete lesson one I will send you a copy of The China Study Cookbook by Leanne Campbell. 

I will give you weekly meal plans for one month along with a grocery list to make shopping easy.  When needed you'll be able to refer to your new cookbook and follow Leanne's recipes.

After four weeks you will be more organized in how you approach your nutrition.
