Will I get cleansing reactions?

Everyone is different as to whether or not they experience cleansing reactions. The most common symptoms are headaches and fatigue, although many people do not experience any symptoms. If you are severely cutting back sugar and caffeine you can expect to get headaches.

Do I need to buy organic foods?

No you don't. It's recommended to buy as much organic food as you can especially the dirty dozen but it is not required.
