Love Yourself with Food

Food can affect how you feel and how you feel affects the food you choose so by using Traditional Chinese Medicine you can use your body's clues such as cravings, emotions, colours and times of day/year to understand what is going on inside your body. We all have to eat, now you can understand what you are eating and why you chose the foods you do.  This course is about understanding unconscious desires for certain foods and understanding the emotional aspect of food.

By finding healthy alternatives to refined sweet foods such as pasta, bread and chocolate which taste REALLY GOOD we are more likely to make the change to a nourishing, wholesome, healthy life.

How long do I have access to the course?

Forever! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need. This course will have a number of recipes every week so make them all in one weekend or take things slow. It's your choice!
