I'm busy, how much time is this going to take?

You will get what you put into this course. The material is designed to be interactive and practical. But you need to be willing to try different strategies a few times before you decide if they work. Body builders don't give up bench pressing after two attempts don't yield results - don't give up on your brain either! I would suggest you allocate 2 hours per week on each lesson. That would allow you to view the content, take assessments, complete homework assignments and reflect on the process.
