This 4 week online course is a Spring Renewal Journey! It is presented as a series of easy and practical daily lessons created to ensure you feel improvements in your health, discover a deeper connection to nature, and experience abundant energy and confidence. This journey will help you get in touch with your body and with the land that you live upon. 

During the renewal you will explore wild and cleansing plants that grow in spring time in the UK. You will discover how to use these seasonal plants to make your body more robust and improve your immune system, while at the same time gently cleansing out toxins.

There will be simple techniques and practices for reconnecting with nature. More than just time outside observing but time outside becoming and remembering your wilder self.

Each week there will be details of a different cleansing herb along with a recipe and guidance on how to use it. Wild plants to add to your diet will be recommended alongside self massage techniques, rewilding exercises, stretches and suggested plants to use in a variety of different ways to help encourage detoxification and reconnection with your body. In addition there will be daily inspiration, tips and pampering treats.

In just 4 weeks you will:

Everyone has good intentions for a grand cleanse every now and then. This journey is much more than just a cleanse. Delivered in bite sized chunks it is designed to be practical and easy to follow, with great results such as an improvement in your energy levels, clarity and nature connection on a daily basis.

Please Note: This course is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. During any cleanse toxins that are cleared may pass through your body to your infant. If you discover that you are pregnant during the cleanse you can continue with the rewilding techniques and small quantities of wild foods but it is best for your baby that you refrain from the stretches, any cleansing herbal recipes and the self massage lessons – better safe than risk damage to your unborn child.
