This 7-week online program provides simple and creative meal planning support to help you make healthy eating a part of every day life - without spending hours in the kitchen.
The information I share is the way I prepare healthy food: Batch cooking, creatively recycling leftovers, always having certain kitchen basics handy, preparing parts of meals in advance and whipping up delicious dishes using guidelines instead of always relying on recipes.
I created this program for people like me - who want to eat healthy - AND don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
Through this program, my wish is to make healthy eating accessible, fun and ALWAYS delicious!
This is for you if…
- Preparing healthy food seems complicated.
- You sort of know about eating healthy but don’t do it very often.
- You are busy. And lets face it, you have better things to do than spend hours preparing food.
- You want to be more creative in the kitchen and not have to rely on recipes as much.
- The dishes you make could really use a refresh and you would like to cook more plant-based foods like vegetables, whole grains, lentils and beans.
The recipes/guidelines are plant-based + gluten-free with suggestions for adding animal products as well.
By the end of the program, you will have the information, inspiration and confidence to make healthy eating a natural part of your life.
You can do this program anywhere you have access to a kitchen. You need to have a kitchen with basic utensils: A cutting board, knife, stove, oven, bowls etc. Ideally, you also need a food processor or blender if you want to be able to take advantage of all the recipes/guidelines.
If you are away during part of the program, you can always come back to it later - apart from starting with the first week, the other weeks can be followed in any order.
Every week for 7 weeks, you will have access to 2-3 short videos + PDFs you can download with guidelines, tips, recipes that will help you make healthy meal planning a reality.
Every week's module also has a simple worksheet you can fill out to help you plan for the week.
You will receive a new lesson every week - with access to the first lesson as soon as you sign-up.
You have the option of adding a 45 minute Skype coaching call with Hiba, Food Coach + Psychologist, to help you get unstuck, find new ways of doing something or help you take the next step with healthy eating. Or simply to have someone cheer you on as you take these steps.
This is NOT for you if...
…you don’t want to cook or won’t have access to a kitchen.
...you want to be told exactly what to eat. You will get guidelines and inspirations and recipes but you still need to make choices about what to eat.
…you are not willing to experiment with new foods or preparation methods.
...you can't imagine a meal that isn't built around animal protein.
While I have done my best to break down healthy food preparation to make it as effortless as possible for you, you still need to put in time and commitment.
I hope you will join me in making healthy eating second nature!
Here's what past participants had to say:
What an awesome course! I loved all the information you shared and the mix of videos and PDFs I could download and keep. The worksheet to help with meal planning each week was very useful and I was surprised at how much easier it made meal planning. My husband is happy with the meals I have been preparing and actually likes everything I have made so far.
I also found the mix of recipes and guidelines I could use to rely more on my intuition really helpful. This is something I am going to come back to again and again! Thank you for making healthy really easy and even fun!
Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how much i appreciated your course. Nothing has been very new to me, but somehow you brought it all together in a super practical and totally do-able way. As opposed to all the stuff i tried before, your approach makes healthy eating somehow humanly possible in the long run.
