Release Resistance


I am confident Release Resistance will bring you new information, new insight and valuable interaction. This program is lengthy. To get the most out of it, it is highly suggested that you commit yourself to doing no more than two lessons a day. It is self-paced, however so you can go as fast as you'd like, but this is a little like marinating a steak...let each lesson sit awhile. 

I've taken my 30 day group Release program and restructured it to support a self-paced individual program, with one on one support from me (and a group of other participants).

The 23 lessons are brief, easy to read and easy to digest. The exercises are simple but powerful and aide you in the course work as well as your own natural energy's ability to purge that which you've stored in your energetic field.  

If you don't feel abundant, or confident or you feel haunted by traumas/experiences, or maybe you have been working on releasing the shadows of the past then this program is for you! If you've been feeling lethargic, restless or unwell then this program is for you! If you've been stressed, overwhelmed or feeling out of sorts this program is for you!
