The Body Awareness Book includes a breath work practice script that is easy to do. The body awareness charts for both men and women are included as well. Use the journal to mark our body sensations with markers or pens prior to doing a 5 minute breathing exercise. Complete the exercise. Then use your materials to mark our body sensations with markers or pens and see if they changed. Use lines, patters and colors to mark what sensations you are aware of in your body, both, before and after the breathing exercise. Use different colors for the "before" and "after".
