Find Your Happy Place

"Find Your Happy Place" is a virtual platform self-paced workshop which combines simple neurobiology & art. The course has reached full capacity and is no longer available for new registrants.

A “happy place” is a place you can visit in your mind that helps you to recreate an experience of happiness. It doesn’t need to be a real place, but for each person, will be both safe & inviting to them.

Using simple guided imagery exercises & playful fabric or paper collage, participants will work to create individual expressions of their uniquely created happy places.

This course will open on February 14- A great time to show yourself some LOVE and find yourself a happy place.  Get on the list now to be alerted to the course opening.

Folks who complete the workshop will have a unique collage depicting their visualized image of their own mind-based retreat as well as foundational guidelines for a home-based practice of mindfulness.
