Get Grounded: Element Earth

Starting Jan 10th 2021 Let's get grounded and nourished, together.

Self care isn't enough, we need community care to thrive.

Each week we will explore the element of Earth in the context of restorative yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, holistic nutrition and seasonal recipes and how that all ties into Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (the science of life and oldest medicine system from India)

These workshops will be interactive with room for discussion and questions to be explored. You will feel nourished with grounding yoga, breath, guided meditations, recipes for the week, and new ways to support your well being.

Throughout the month, I'll also provide supplemental resources, activities, videos, guided meditations and recipes to nourish you all week long. A private Facebook page for our group will allow you to share any thoughts ideas and questions as they come up. In addition, I'll offer a free 60 minute consult call with me to review your goals and answer any individual questions you may have.

When does the course start?

Sunday January 10th 7:00pm PST and each Sunday in January for 90 minutes.

How is this diffferent from a drop in yoga class?

This is an opportunity to be supported in your wellness and dive deeper into the element of Earth in the context of yoga, mediation, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. There will be sharing of resources/recipes, discussion, and guest speakers to give you a more comprehensive approach to your health, with community support in mind.

Can I just drop in on any Sunday without enrolling for the course?

I'm committing to offering a comprehensive program that builds each week and develops a sense of community within the group. I would love for you to be a part of this community that will continue to grow each month as we explore a new element. Commitment fosters deeper self growth.
