The Sacred Self True You Value Sort Kit I designed are here to help you and your clients identify what characteristics and values are most important in their lives. This allows clients to see if they are out of balance with certain aspects of their life. It also helps clients really think and analyze how important certain values are in their life, which will help you both in working together. There are 8 blank cards that you can write in additional values if you wish. There are also 4 different activities that you can do with the cards, 3 of them are art based activities. It comes in PDF format for easy printing and it 10 pages total.
Print them off on cardstock and cut to have your full set. Originally designed and created by Jessica, they contain 4 or more different activities to do with them for your own self exploration or to use with clients, family or friends.
Center yourself with the 4,4,4 breath. Ground yourself by looking for 3 shapes, listening for 2 sounds and then rubbing your hands together. Focus on your heart center and breathe in a 4-8 inhale/exhale pattern for 10 breaths, then return to even breathing as you move into the cards.
There are 7 empty cards that you can write your own adjective or trait in to add to the cards.

- create poetry
Also included is the Responsive Poetry Journal for automatic writing and creating poetry to process your art explorations.

Forever! There is no limit on how many times you download. We ask however that you pay the 25.00 licensing fee to offer the download to your client. This is a one time only fee for any of our workbooks or games so you can make your licensed download available to your clients.
