About Your Instructor

Hi! Congratulations on the birth of your baby! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Bonnie Golden and I want to share a little about myself and why I am so excited to offer you this transformational class.

Some Personal Background

I am married and the mother of two sons. My first son was born into the world as an unplanned belly birth(otherwise known as an emergency caesarian section). I probably suffered from undiagnosed postpartum mild depression for at least 6 months after.

My second birth was a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarian) and he weighed over 9 pounds! There are so many things I learned in the 6.5 years between those two births. My sons are now grown but the memories are as clear as yesterday. Because of all I have learned, taught, and formally studied, it has been my heart's desire and path to share my knowledge with prenatal and postpartum women for more than a decade.

I have taught adults my entire professional career. It is my passion.

My Formal Qualifications

-Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

-Registered Yoga Teacher with expert designation-1000s of hours of teaching experience

-Yoga Specialist-Prenatal and Postpartum-I've worked with literally hundreds of women privately and in classes. They return to my offerings after their second and sometimes third babies!

-I am a published author of three books and many journal articles. My most recent book release is "Yoga for Holistic Healing: Practices for Pain and Stress Relief". You can find it on Amazon, Target and many other sellers.

-Countless hours of Continuing Education courses.

- Master's Degree in Counseling

-Two decades as a professional college Counseling Faculty member with students across the lifespan. I specialized in working with women in transition.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course?

Once you have enrolled and paid, you’ll have access for the lifetime of the course, for as long as I continue to run Postnatal Yoga for Holistic Healing and Joy. You'll have guaranteed access for AT LEAST one year after you enroll!

How soon can I start this class after baby arrives?

Whenever you are ready! For example, since the class is holistic, even simple breathing/calming/stress management practices and yoga shoulder releases can be practiced immediately. You can start to listen and read the transformational educational information when ready. The physical yoga is progressive. Every woman is different and every birth is different, however typically approximately 6 weeks after baby comes, and beyond.

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Well, I would be sad. But if you're really unhappy with the course, just email me within 10 days to get a full refund.
