I'm glad you're here.
I am married and the mother of two sons. My first son was born into the world as an unplanned belly birth(otherwise known as an emergency caesarian section).
My second birth was a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarian) and he weighed over 9 pounds!
-Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
-Registered Expert Yoga Teacher (e-RYT)-1000s of hours of teaching experience.
-Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Specialist. Experience with literally hundreds of women privately and in classes, many returning after their second and third pregnancies.

How long do I have access to the course?
Once you have enrolled and paid, you’ll have access for the lifetime of the course, for as long as I continue to run Postnatal Yoga for Holistic Healing and Joy. You'll have guaranteed access for AT LEAST one year after you enroll!
How soon can I start this class after baby arrives?
Whenever you are ready! For example, since the class is holistic, even simple breathing/calming/stress management practices and yoga shoulder releases can be practiced immediately. You can start to listen and read the transformational educational information when ready. The physical yoga is progressive. Every woman is different and every birth is different, however typically approximately 6 weeks after baby comes, and beyond.
How much previous yoga experience do I need to benefit from this course?
No prior yoga experience is required. Additionally, the class is holistic so that physical, breath, emotional, and relationship tools are included.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Well, I would be sad. But if you're really unhappy with the course, just email me within 10 days to get a full refund.
