Turn up the dial on your creative flow with layered mixed media fusion collage! Using a variety of ephemera including tissue paper, stamps, paper, cheesecloth and more you’ll create surfaces rich with imagery, texture and sparkle that you can turn into mail-able art postcards, bookmarks, art journals, boxes or you can frame your collage and hang it on the wall to enjoy.
Upon checkout you will have the option to purchase a materials and supply kit for $35 (includes shipping to US addresses only) that will include enough materials and ephemera to create 6 postcards 6 bookmarks and 1 art journal. The kit will include: pre-cut timtex, Mistyfuse fusible web, solid fabric to be used as a backing, miscellaneous ephemera that may include, postage stamps, skeleton leaves, chipboard letters (if you have a preference for which words you'd like letters for just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate), papers, tissue paper, metal, paper and plastic embellishments, tulle, beads, ribbons, threads and other miscellaneous fun stuff to play with. Kits will weigh at least 1/2 pound and will be filled with lots of fun stuff!

This online class has open enrollment - that means that as soon as you register and pay for the class you will have immediate access to all the lessons. That means no waiting for lessons to post each week!
Workshop lessons will include pdf files or video and some may contain both. This online learning platform has plenty of space for you to post photos and questions on each of the lessons and just like in an person classroom you’ll be able to interact with your fellow students and of course with me!

What supplies do I need for this class?
I'd recommend watching the videos before purchasing any supplies because you may have something on hand already that will work.
