Questions

How long do I have access to the program?

Forever! (Or, for as long was we have the program posted.) Once you've enrolled and/or paid, you'll have access to the program material for as long as you need. -- This is a 6-week program to get you back into shape as social distancing protocols are slowly lifted. But you can use it as a supplementary program at anytime. We'll notify you if, in the future, we have to take it down for any reason.

What if I can't do my prescriptions or I find the exercises too hard?

If you find the exercises too difficult or not right for you because of an injury, we will help you do succeed and stay motivated by offering exercise modifications to accommodate your situation. Just email us.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we can't take the product back once you've downloaded it, so there are NO REFUNDS. Make sure you watch the video to see what it's all about before you make your purchase.

Social distancing rules didn't affect my region. Would this program still work for me?

Anybody can use this program at anytime to improve their fitness. The self-administered fitness tests can be done again and again until you reach your desired fitness goal.
