How this online class works
This online class has open enrollment - that means that as soon as you register and pay for the class you will have immediate access to all the lessons. That means no waiting for lessons to post each week!
This online learning platform has plenty of space for you
to post photos and questions on each of the lessons and just like in an
person classroom you’ll be able to interact with your fellow students
and of course with me.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have access to the course?
The class will remain accessible to you for at least 6 months.
I've never dyed fabric before, is this class too advanced for me?
Absolutely not! In fact this workshop is a perfect place to begin. My method for dyeing fabric uses just three things: water, soda ash, dye and fabric so even if you've never dyed fabric before you can be successful with my method.
I still have a question, how can I contact you?
I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What supplies do I need for this class?
I suggest not buying any supplies until after the class begins and you've watched the videos. It will give you a better idea of how much dyeing you want to do and what you'll need for supplies. Here is a list of the supplies that I will be using in the class: Procion dye Fabric Soda ash Jacquard Color Magnet Face mask Plastic zip bags Rubber gloves Measuring spoon and cup Coffee filters (optional) Mixing jar Large bucket Shout Color Catcher sheets (optional)
