Hi there! My name is Michelle Mouhtis. I'm a life coach, licensed therapist, and a human being. I went on my own anxiety relief journey years ago and had tremendous success with therapy and self healing techniques... but this whole COVID-19 thing? It turned my calm upside down, especially when I have high suspicions that I had the virus (and recovered from it!). My anxiety came flooding back the way it used to so many years ago. I was totally humbled, and I realized how much I was slacking on using my own tips, tricks, and tools for anxiety relief.  I was able to connect back with these tools, incorporate them into my daily life, and the results have been life-altering.  The lessons I teach you about mind re-wiring, positive self-talk, mind-body approaches, time management, and guided meditations are the very tools I used to heal my anxiety at home, and the techniques I use with my own clients.  Now you can experience the same with this course.  Most lessons are audio, so you can listen in your home or on the work or the grocery store!  There's homework, too -- because change isn't possible without action.  I teach you how to address negative thinking and start thinking calm, how to build your schedule at home, how to check in with yourself and your needs, self care, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.  I also teach you the incredibly powerful mind-body approach called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, aka tapping) in three different anxiety relief videos, as well as guided meditations to achieve calm around the virus.  You'll also get downloadable infographics on how to build your schedule at home and use this time to rest and rejuvenate in a way that is honest with you.  My approach is casual -- it's like talking to your friend over coffee.
