Frequently Asked Questions
Who can benefit from SandStory?
Any of your clients! This course will equip you with skills you can add to your existing toolkit, with a clear structure explained, and an opportunity to try it for yourself too! If you already work creatively and want to expand on this, this is for you. If you don't, and would like to gently explore, then this course will walk you through, step by step, on introducing the magic of Sand to your clients.
Do I have to already work with the Sand tray to come on this course?
No! Not at all. We will look at the beginnings of how SandPlay and SandTray work in brief theory, and see how SandStory came about, and you will be gently introduced to the workings, step by step.
What is the venue like - can I stay nearby, and park there?
Abington Barn is a beautiful converted barn on the outskirts of Cambridge, let specifically to trainers of holistic and therapeutic genres, therefore providing the perfect place for reflection, exploration and processing. If the weather is good, there is a beautiful garden to explore. There is plenty of parking, refreshments on tap, a lovely lunch both days and various accommodation venues nearby.
I still have a question....
