How are you coping? Adapting to a new way of being brings challenges but it is also an ideal time to look once again at our self-care and give ourselves the opportunity to be kind to self.
This course is designed to give you a 7-day introduction to self-care. Each day you will receive an email with:
- A thought for the day
- A short self-care activity
- An opportunity to respond in your journal
The programme is designed to work equally well for those still working either as key workers or from home, those who are home schooling and those who have more time on their hands. You can spend just a few minutes on activities or choose to spend longer, depending on your capacity each day.
And once you have bought the course, it's yours to keep. You have access to it forever and can come back to the activities whenever you want to.
You will need:
- A quiet spot once a day for at least 10 minutes or as long as you like
- Paper and pen or you might choose to have a journal and lots of nice pens or pencils, the choice is yours.
