Hi! My name is Sydney Wilson, I am a social worker, doula and childbirth educator. To learn more about me you can visit www.doulasyd.com.
The Social Work Doula Mentor Program is designed for anyone who identifies as a social worker and who is interested in pursuing or who is interested in learning more about the birth work profession as a doula.
The SW Doula Mentor Program was birthed from the idea of bringing together two client and community centered professions to provide greater service to all birthing people. The SWDMP is creating a space to inspire a community of care providers rooted in the intersections of mental health, community care, education and support for birthing folks. Our community is for advocates of mental health, reproductive justice, and perinatal health equity.
The program is conducted in a 3-week virtual mentorship community features live mentor sessions, guest lecture masterclasses, private virtual community and partnership discounts offered for birthwork trainings, resources and more.
