My clients have struggled with weight loss for years. The diet mentality has ruled their lives. Food is either good or bad, the scale controls their life and their self-worth is tied to their bodies.

Mindful eating has been impossible because of the deep fear of gaining weight and losing control. People pleasing and lack of self-care seem to rule their lives.

What I do...


My clients can be healthy at any size but want to be comfortable in their bodies. They want to lose weight and don't want to be hungry and missing out on life anymore.

I help women who feel stuck. I help resolve the underlying issues that hinder progress such as perfectionism and shame. If you don't think that applies to you, maybe think again.

I help women finally lose weight by learning to trust their bodies, engage in mindful eating, and ultimately, fall in love with themselves. In so doing, they are able to achieve their dreams and goals with more grace and ease.

This is not too good to be true. It is not a quick fix. These next 11 weeks are just the beginning of a brand new lifestyle that will bring freedom and joy.
