Peacock kit by Anne Cardwell

These are the online instructions for the peacock kit, a simple step by step guide from cutting your first tile with mini nippers, to laying them neatly on a curved row - it's all there in photos and text (in english) to guide you through this relaxing and engaging activity.

Creating a mosaic from scratch can be daunting not to mention a little time consuming, this ceramic piece will get your mosaic off to a great start and enable the completion of a small project in only an hour or two, a perfect creative session with friends perhaps? It does teach the important basics, preparing the way for more ambitious projects in the future.

The kit uses matt ceramic materials, which laid tightly together and do not need grouted. It's a perfect first project, or for the more experienced it's an introduction to these lovely tiles which are available in a very attractive array of bright colours.  Great for children too, but some supervision required.

If you have landed here having paid for the kit, use link you were supplied with.

If you have landed here without having purchased the kit you can do so here, a kit for everything you need will be posted and a link for the instructions provided (included in the price).

Or pay the fee for the instructions and buy materials yourself.

HEALTH AND SAFETY. Remember to wear goggles and note that the tiles do create dust when they are cut, so wear a mask, especially if you have a respiratory condition. Youngsters should be supervised using the nippers, as they - well, rather obviously, can nip!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course?

Forever - or at least as long as I am around! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need. So devour it all in one weekend or take things slow. It's your choice!

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

I'm convinced you won't be - but if you get stuck with any instructions I am happy to be contacted.

Do I need experience?

Not at all, just a bit of detexterity to handle the nippers. Alove of colour and pattern helps, having fun (works great as a creative evening with friends) and being creative are all in the box!
