Preparing for IVF

Hi, I'm Lisa- wife, daughter, sister, potato chip lover, former librarian, and infertility survivor. After two years of trying to conceive on our own and multiple failed IUI attempts, my husband and I began IVF. I've been through three fresh cycles and one frozen embryo transfer, so I consider myself an IVF veteran. I know how scary IVF can be, and while I can't promise to make it a pleasant experience, I can help you navigate it with a sense of confidence and courage.

If you'd like to read more about me and my journey, head over to the About Page or my Infertility Timeline on my blog,

In this self-paced course, I'll share my own IVF stories and tips with you, and encourage you as you go through your own treatment. I'll help you develop a strategy that will enable you to begin your cycle feeling organized and emotionally and mentally prepared.

Course Structure

This course is divided into several different lessons. You can view them in order or jump to whichever section interests you. It's self-paced, so you can move through the course as quickly or as slowly as you like.

Course Format

Lessons include a mixture of text, links to websites and videos, and printable downloads.  The beauty of hosting this course here on CourseCraft (instead of writing an eBook) is that you'll automatically have access to any updates or changes I make to the course in the future.
