Breath, release and relax with meandering.  Meandering involves the action of letting go.  Totally free form you will learn a little history about meandering and how to use it as a mindful, moving meditative art process. You'll work with wet on wet watercolor processes using either watercolor pans, tubes or liquids.  We will lead you through a breathwork and grounding practice to get your started.

Supplies you need:

  • paper
  • pens, pencils or markers (Uniball Signo white pens work great on darker colors)
  • watercolors and watercolor paper

Of course a mindfulness practice and meditations are included.  Beat stress with meandering!
