Experiencing occasional anxiety is normal. When we frequently have intense worries and fears that persist, these overwhelming feelings of anxiety can take over our lives. Anxiety interferes with daily activities, suddenly appears out of our control, and can last a long time. Anxiety is exhausting and often worsens other conditions.

One of the hardest parts about anxiety is that we feel so alone. It only traumatizes us more when other people don't understand how hard it is. We need to find a way to self-soothe.

This powerful mediation is a lifeline when you're stuck in anxiety and overwhelm, to get you to the other side and feel calm, at peace, and like yourself again. With this meditation you'll work with the loving energies of Mother Earth to let go of anxiety and let in love for yourself.
