When you do not maintain a regular self-reflective practice you likely lose touch with the subtleties of your inner experience. Without daily contemplation time, it is easy to stop living your own life and allow outside influences to "live you."

In order to live full, authentic lives you must express all of our feelings, "positive" and "negative" alike, as they all hold important messages.
