This 7-week online program provides simple and creative meal planning support to help you make healthy eating a part of every day life - without spending hours in the kitchen.
The information I share is the way I prepare healthy food: Batch cooking, creatively recycling leftovers, always having certain kitchen basics handy, preparing parts of meals in advance and whipping up delicious dishes using guidelines instead of always relying on recipes.
I created this program for people like me - who want to eat healthy - AND don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
Through this program, my wish is to make healthy eating accessible, fun and ALWAYS delicious!

The recipes/guidelines are plant-based + gluten-free with suggestions for adding animal products as well.

You can do this program anywhere you have access to a kitchen. You need to have a kitchen with basic utensils: A cutting board, knife, stove, oven, bowls etc. Ideally, you also need a food processor or blender if you want to be able to take advantage of all the recipes/guidelines.
If you are away during part of the program, you can always come back to it later - apart from starting with the first week, the other weeks can be followed in any order.
Every week for 7 weeks, you will have access to 2-3 short videos + PDFs you can download with guidelines, tips, recipes that will help you make healthy meal planning a reality. Every week's module also has a simple worksheet you can fill out to help you plan for the week.
You will receive updates on modules every Thursday, so you have time to plan, buy and prepare food over the weekend.
