Only by increasing the awareness of our thoughts can we change them. When we change our thoughts, we change how we feel and how we live. But, like all things, it takes good information, practice and support to turn to new behaviours into life long healthy habits. That is the goal of this program, for you to become aware and eventually intentional about how you think, feel and live!

I am committed to journaling because I am convinced it has kept me sane and I actually enjoy it - because I know how it works!
Knowing how to manage our thoughts and emotions and learning how to engage with ourselves in a patient way is one of the definitive outcomes of journaling effectively, which is a significant part of this program. Because many people come to this process already feeling conflicted and discouraged they are easily frustrated by undirected and misguided journaling.
