Why does etiquette matter? Great question. Because people matter - and how we treat one another shapes our personal world and our own happiness.
Thoughtfulness, disguised as good manners, is magnetic. It’s like a brilliant song we want more of, that generous and funny person we want to be around it and the statesman who will never embarrass us to get ahead.

What Else Should I Know?
We created this course to help every day people access etiquette courses from the comfort of home or at your desk. I have been running The Good Manners Company for ten years and have a weekly spot on Channel Seven's Sunrise.
It's my goal that you will find this an accessible way to build confidence in your capabilities at work, because when someone's behaviour exceeds our expectations, (for example, holding the door open for colleagues), we think higher of them as a person, we look for ways to support them and to adopt the behaviour ourselves.
In short, when we see behaviour that makes us feel good, we start doing it ourselves and it impacts how we speak to our customers, our team members and ultimately our family and community. It's a good thing.
