Levels of Emotional Healing
A Course in Creating Miracles specifically works on opening up blocked upper chakras: 1.) opening up to your intuition (third eye) for higher insight into your problems, 2.) and inviting spiritual solace (through the crown chakra) to encourage you through life's difficulties.
We need to emotionally heal on many levels.
