Are you ready to move toward the promises of yoga: ultimate freedom and lasting fulfillment? Meditation is the key. Maybe you are familiar with meditation, maybe you’ve dabbled, maybe you’ve never tried, but feel called to its many benefits. This is for all of you.
WE RISE is a 28-day daily guided group meditation practice designed to help us RISE above the turmoil of these trying times, make peace with uncertainty, and embrace inevitable change.
Join me at 7am every morning for 28 days to meditate together live via Zoom. Each practice lasts approximately 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for reflection. *Practices are recorded and shared daily, along with support materials, to enjoy at your convenience.
The meditation techniques shared in WE RISE have been preserved and passed down through the Himalayan Tradition. Simultaneously simple and profound, they are appropriate for beginner and advanced alike. Following a weekly bhavana, or theme, the practices will build in potency with a culminating practice at the end of each week.

The Daily Practices
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access for 28 days following our initial 28 days.
What support materials are included?
You will receive one asana practice each week, textual references to enhance your understanding of the meditation, and videos instructing some of the more challenging pranayama techniques.
If I can't make it at 7am, will the meditations be recorded?
Yes, all of the practices will be recorded and posted to Coursecraft by 9am each day.
