WE RISE is a 28-day Guided Group Meditation Practice with an international community of meditators dedicated to receiving the promises of Vishoka Meditation®.

The Himalayan Tradition
The meditation techniques shared in WE RISE have been preserved and passed down through the Himalayan Tradition. Simultaneously simple and profound, they are accessible for all levels of practitioner. Their impact, effectiveness, and depth develop exponentially with quality, consistency and devotion in practice. This system is known as Vishoka Meditation.
We will approach this practice gently and systematically, honoring the intention of the Himalayan Tradition, of which I am a devotee. This particular system of meditation is based in our experience of the 'real' or external world, and employs an effortless approach for developing sensitivity to accept the invitation of joyful surrender, a return home to the internal world. Through these techniques, we will develop a worldview which is hopeful, powerful, purposeful, transformative and transcendent.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access for 28 days following our initial 28 days.
What support materials are included?
You will receive one asana practice each week, textual references to enhance your understanding of the meditation, and videos instructing some of the more challenging pranayama techniques.
If I can't make it at 7am, will the meditations be recorded?
Yes, all of the practices will be recorded and posted to Coursecraft by 9am each day.
